DS Support is structured in response to the needs and demands of our clients. Effective and efficient operations are client priorities; support to make this happen is our priority. Our clients subscribe to our suite as well as our services. That's why every DS client is a long-term relationship. To maximize the benefits of our Digital Schools Suite, we are 100% committed to your ease of use. On Line: Our 'feedback' system allows you to submit all questions, issues or suggestions on line against a priority ranking. We review and respond. FAQ's: Take advantage of the answers developed for and with other school professionals. We are the educators' support system...not adapted from industry or government but built by and for you, with your questions and our collective answers. On Site Training: Specific training sessions are provided for Districts or consortiums of districts by our experienced support specialists. These can be developed based on distinctive needs and requirements. Participate in Building Support: A number of our Districts participate as members of steering or advisory groups formed on ad hoc basis to ensure that our support and/or training materials meet the universe of needs. Support is available via DS Support for all contracted, current account status client during normal business hours, excluding holidays. After hour and weekend emergency coverage is maintained if there is a critical need.
